Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients. In this role, you will focus on understanding client needs, driving software adoption, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to build trust, deliver value, and maintain long-term partnerships will be critical to our success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Represent Toke’s POS and inventory management platform, developing a comprehensive understanding of the platform’s features and functionality.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Toke team members for next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine and improve Toke’s sales and conversion process
  • Utilize Hubspot, cold calling, email and in-person visits to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and articulate how Toke can solve their challenges and improve their day-to-day business function
  • Maintain detailed lead data, ensuring that the pipeline reflects up-to-date progress and status of prospects; keep detailed records of conversations with prospects to inform future communications
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and relevant Toke team members
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Represent at trade shows

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and e-mail
