Job Summary:

Do you have extra time in your day? We are seeking a customer-focused Software Implementation Specialist as a part-time role to help oversee the deployment of software solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training. This role ensures our clients successfully adopt our software solutions, achieving their business goals and operational excellence in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding:
    • Manage software implementation projects from initiation to completion.
    • Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure onboarding milestones are achieved.
    • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
    • Conduct discovery sessions and requirements gathering.
    • Recommend best practices for software setup and customization.
  • System Configuration:
    • Collaborate with the team to configure the software platform in order to align with client-specific and state needs.
    • Perform data imports, integration setup, and system optimization.
    • Collaborate with the product team to address any technical needs.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide user training sessions remotely to ensure software adoption.
    • Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales and product to align client expectations and solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Par-take in implementation retrospectives
    • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and client satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on software updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
